Michael Hodgson have been honoured at the prestigious ESTAS – The Estate and Letting Awards 2012 for the 5th Year Running
Michael Hodgson are delighted to announce that they have been voted best North East Estate Agent in both Sales and Lettings at this year’s awards and received the GOLD award in both categories. The awards recognise an agents exceptional customer service voted for by their clients during the course of 2011.
The award was announced by Phil Spencer, the TV property expert at a lavish luncheon & ceremony at the Hilton Park Lane London attended by 550 of the UK’s top estate and letting agents. Phil Spencer said “The ESTAS are the most important and valuable awards in our industry. An ESTA is not an easy accolade to pick up, to win one requires a lot of hard work, over a very long period of time.”
Simon Brown, owner of the awards added “Agents that take part in the ESTAS believe passionately in providing the highest quality customer service. They are prepared to go that extra mile, prepared to take criticism as well as praise and prepared to invest and develop their businesses accordingly”.
The results of the competition were determined by research carried out amongst customers who are asked a series of questions about the service they have received from their agent. Over 33,000 votes were received making it the biggest consumer survey of its kind in the property industry.

This is our 5th year of entering the awards and it shows that we continually strive to provide the highest possible service to our clients. It’s such an achievement to even be nominated but to win the Gold awards in both sales and letting is outstanding. The awards means so such to me and my team because the votes are solely based upon our clients feedback and their ratings of our services not a judging panel. We always pride ourselves on a first class service to our clients and these award show we must be getting it right!”

Michael Hodgson have been honoured for the 4th year running. The Sunderland based agency who received the Silver Award for Sales and a top 10 agent for Lettings was recognised for its excellent customer service as voted for by their clients during the course of 2010.
The award was announced by Phil Spencer, presenter of Channel 4’s Location, Location. Location property programme at a lavish luncheon & ceremony at the Hilton Park Lane London attended by 500 of the UK’s top estate and letting agents.
Phil Spencer said “The ESTAS are the most important and valuable awards in our industry. An ESTA is not an easy accolade to pick up, to win one requires a lot of hard work, over a very long period of time.”

Michael Hodgson Estate Agents and Chartered Surveyors have won a Silver Award at the prestigious Estate & Letting Agent Awards for 2009 sponsored by the Property Search Group (PSG), Globrix.com and supported by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
The Sunderland city centre based agency was recognised for its excellent customer service as voted for by their clients over the last 12 months
The trophy was presented at a lavish ceremony which took place at the five star Marriott Hotel in Mayfair, London attended by 300 of the UK’s top Estate and Letting agents.
The results of the competition were determined by research carried out amongst customers who are asked a series of questions about the service they have received from their agent.
